The Presbyterian Women's Coordinating Team meets monthly, January through May, and August through December to coordinate events, discuss and select mission projects, and to share our faith through prayer and fellowship. All women of Rock Prairie are members of Presbyterian Women and are encouraged to take part in fellowship, events, and mission projects.

The Purpose of Presbyterian Women:
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, we commit ourselves:To nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study.To support the mission of the church worldwide.To work for justice and peace, and to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA), and witnesses to the promise of God's Kingdom.

Monthly reports are given by: Moderator, Treasurer, Secretary, Creative Missions, Special Events, Memberships, Historian, Search Committee, and the two circles: Carol Fox and Sunset.

The January meeting is used for setting the budget for the coming year. There are many organizations that need financial help. Our missions are not only in the local area but also worldwide. Please refer to the Presbyterian Women's budget to see the list of the many organizations that benefit from our mission giving.

Rock Prairie Tuesday Crafters meet weekly (Tuesdays) starting in January until the bazaar which is held the first full weekend in November. Once again "Christmas on the Prairie" was a huge success. The money brought in by the bazaar helps the on-going mission projects and also helps support the kitchen needs of our church. A big thank you to all who donated their time, talent, baking skills and monetary donations to help continue making this a great bazaar year after year.

Other events that took place this past year were: Sunset Circle sponsored a bake sale to raise money for the renewal of scholarships for 3 Nicaragua students, a work day for cleaning the kitchen, Cedar Crest birthday party for the month of September, Women's Retreat, and the Thank Offering Service held in November. The Presbyterian Women also coordinates funeral lunches as requested by church members.
