The Fellowship Ministry's Mission is to enhance the dimensions and activities of Christian fellowship within the life of the congregation.

To carry out this mission we propose the following goals:

• Conduct fellowship meetings monthly
• Plan one adult fellowship activity each quarter
• Sponsor Hospitality Sunday monthly (subject to change as other activities arise)
• Sponsor Annual Meeting Potluck Dinner
• Take monthly inventory of and restock kitchen supplies (paper products/beverages)
• Provide assistance to other committees as needed for special events
• Submit Fellowship Ministry annual budget and prepare annual report

EVENTS SPONSORED THIS YEAR: Annual Meeting Potluck Dinner, Ash Wednesday Soup Supper, Easter Continental Breakfast, "Potluck Talent" Pizza Night, Omelet Sunday, Muffins with Mom, All Church Picnic, Tennessee Barbeque Barn Dance, Farewell Hospitality Soup and Sandwich Lunch for Pastor Dee and Kelly Tally, Prairie Christmas on Deer Path Trail, weekly "Sunday Coffee," Hospitality Sunday's including Meet and Greet Hospitality Sunday for Pastor Jamie and Sharon, and assisted other committees with special events when called upon.

SPECIAL THANKS TO: Rick and Margie Joiner for hosting the All Church Picnic, Pete and Miriam Huber and Tom and Harriet Rogers for making the adult Tennessee Barbeque Barn Dance happen, Mary and Craig Boswell for hosting the adult Christmas gathering, Charlie Scharine for numerous "food" donations, and D.J.'s Dan, Mike and Tanya Scherer for providing music for potluck talent night and the barn dance. We also appreciate and say thanks to the congregation for attending events, providing food items, and volunteering to assist with events.

I would like to thank committee members and the congregation for giving me the opportunity to serve Rock Prairie Church as an Elder the past three years.
